good call Richard<br><br>whilst most things regarding estate agents deserve jest this isn't one - if your community radio station doesnt make your community a better place to live then there's something not quite right. We should have concerted push to have estate agents funding stations [OK - now I jest]<br>

Guardian Weekend colour supplement called ‘Let’s move
to….’. where they talk about living in a particular place,
the good and bad aspects, schools, travel connections etc. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As
part of the piece there’s a bit ‘from the streets’ where
locals talk about the area in question. This week (16<sup>th</sup>
January page 71) it was about Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex and one of the locals, Terry
Cassels comments:</span></p>
