part-time Station Managers, one with overall responsibility for
programme-making and scheduling, the other with overall responsibility for
technological management and development, with shared responsibility for volunteer
training and support, and community outreach. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-GB>Both post-holders will be required to work
flexibly for 20 hours per week. The salary is £22,000 - £25,500 pro rata, based
on a 40-hour full-time week, i.e. between £11,000 and £13,750. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
