I don't know where Siôn Simon&nbsp;gets the information in that Statement, but the wording "small community radio stations, which might currently be able to&nbsp;broadcast for only two weeks a year"&nbsp;betrays a poor comprehension of&nbsp;current practice.<BR>
It's meaningless flannel as&nbsp;far as I'm concerned, and should be vigorously questioned.<BR>
If we're going to get a Statement, let's insist on it being authoritative and useful.<BR>
