Licenses have been awarded to:

• Blackburn Youth Radio (Blackburn Community Radio Ltd)
• Caithness FM Ltd
• Great Driffield Radio Ltd
• Leyland Community Radio Ltd
• Liverpool Community Radio (KensingtonVision CIC)
• Mighty Radio Ltd
• Rossendale Radio Ltd
