Yes - 80k mono sounds reasonable (ish) and is maximally compatible with
radio sets.  DAB+ is only available on a proportion of the radios out there
- not sure if anyone knows the proportion - say 50% at a guess?   Obviously
48k stereo will sound better than 32k stereo.  I'd guess the carriage
charge is more or less proportional to the data rate required - so you have
a choice to make there.
