Hi Guys
You should be able to apply for charitable relief.
Our Council East Devon have this statement on their website - if you are not a registered charity, a copy of your Articles of Association or Statement of Aims and Objects or Trust documents will suffice to get 80% off business rates.

As we are in a bit of a pickle with our council who wishes to treat us a commercial organisation but use us for free to advertise all their own services can anyone help by letting us know if the are receiving 100% relief or thereabouts on business rates.
