Dear Stakeholder,

Ahead of the UK General Election due to take place on the 8 June 2017,
Ofcom will be hosting a number of compliance workshops to explain and
answer questions on Ofcom’s rules in relation to the coverage of elections.

Workshops are taking place in London on Wednesday and Friday of next week
and will be held at Riverside House (2a Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1
9HA). The Wednesday session will be tailored for radio licensees and the
Friday session for television licensees.

   - *Wednesday the 3 May – Radio Licensees – 15:00 to 17:00*
   - *Friday the 5 May – Television Licensees – 14:00 to 16:00*

Due to limited space, I am afraid it is necessary to limit the number of
delegates from each licensee to one.

If you would like to attend, please RSVP to joy.wixley at ofcom.org.uk
confirming the names and email addresses of the delegates and which session
they are attending.

Further workshops will also be taking place across the United Kingdom, and
we will be in touch with relevant stakeholders to provide further
information on these in due course.
