Just a word of caution here.

Talking Newspapers should get permission to record content from their local
newspaper publisher.  The content is generally provided to those registered
as partially sighted on memory stick / CD / Cassette(?) - the point is the
content is being provided to those who are unable to read/see a local
newspaper through disability.

By 'broadcasting' the same content, this is being heard by those who could
quite easily read the local paper and potentially deprive said newspaper of
a sale.  Not to mention the poor journalist who wrote the article, it could
be considered borderline plagiarism.

As we know, many local newspapers are only to willing to work with
community radio, just check with them first.
