That’s a very good arrangement Eddie, especially if the presenters do actually use it and have the self-improvement drive.

We've always advocated listening off air as the one way to ensure that what you're broadcasting is as it should be.


Our presenters also have their own website, one feature of which is that they can listen to the ROT recordings at their leisure for self critical appraisal or when someone says "Did you hear what you said last night?" or "Please don't talk if you're not in front of an open mic"

Amazingly, quite a few do actually use the feature!
