[image: headshot Andy Brooks]Radio makers are always looking for new ways
with sound. Ways that are innovative, cool and exciting but still tell a
great story. So looking for new talent and ideas is what they do. Whether
it’s music, comedy, drama, factual , BBC 6 music, 5 Live, Radio 4,Radio 3
or Radio 2 attendees willl meet the independent industry specialists face
to face.

Launching the event is the sound specialist Andy Brooks – Testament. He’s a
rapper and one of the world’s greatest beatboxers, and he also presents
podcasts for Radio 4.

Independent companies from round the UK will showcase what they’re most
proud of, and attendees can book a one to one speed dating session with
them to pitch a great idea, or just ask them how to get into radio or if
already in, how to get on.

This afternoon workshop is aimed at anyone interested in radio and audio,
broadcast or digital -- experienced or an industry newcomer. For full
