[cma-l] Sweden - DAB decision

Challenge accepted Ian.

IMHO considering the amount of public money that has been spent on
delivering 97% population coverage DAB for BBC channels, it seems an
obscene waste of money (and radio spectrum) to continue simulcasting them
on FM for much longer.  I thought the BBC were meant to be cash-strapped?
There needs to be planned transition to DAB for the 4 main channels asap -
releasing up to 70% of the FM band

for new services - making possible a real radio renaissance.
