Commercial radio is staying put for the long term, so don't make too many plans.
The important thing is to submit a robust reply to the consultation.

I would say don't panic as FM isn't going anywhere soon.
The government has said any form of migration or switch off would be market led and the listeners / consumers are not there yet.
Plus the last I heard about an actual stance was that they would favour a migration for the big stations and thus free up more space for CR etc
