[cma-l] Ofcom community radio consultation

[CMA-L]

Ofcom is preparing a public consultation on community radio to seek views
on its licensing and technical policy. There will be a chance to respond to
the consultation later this year.

As a first step Ofcom is informally collecting views from the sector on
current challenges and how these might be addressed.  As part of this, the
CMA is conducting a short survey.

This survey will run until the end of August.
