Yes Nick, it's a local commercial station in Cornwall. 

 

It's a UKRD group station launched in 1992 - the opening show was presented
by Roger Day, who was one of the top marine pirate DJs of course, and now
does a 1950s/60s music show syndicated on a group of BBC locals in the
south.
