[cma-l] Test Transmissions - an Amendment

I can see no reference to the Temporary transmission licence in their Notes
of Guidance

which also talks in terms of weeks rather than working days.

I wonder why they have chosen to release this procedure change by email on
a discussion forum instead of simply updating the official documentation,
where one would normally expect to find the most accurate, up to date
information?

How is an applicant who does not subscribe to this forum meant to know
about this?
