[cma-l] Breakfast Show

I wonder how many stations do this - and if it is actually successful?

In the early days of running RSLs (in the last century!) I found that
people had the mindset that if they paid me money, they could do what they
like on air - "because I've paid for my show".

We all know that's not true, but I've never asked anyone for any kind of
fee since, and I'm not sure I'd want to.
