[cma-l] Community Media Association response to Ofcom's Community Radio Annual Reports 2013 – Key Commitment and other licence breaches

Actually guys, Ofcom for us couldn't have been more helpful.
 
Unfortunately, we have been found in Breach purely because we don't have the
word "Live" before "broadcasting" within our Key Commitments, despite it being
within our application. Therefore, it is interpreted that we should be producing
20% speech of each 24 hours, although Ofcom acknowledge that this is unrealistic
and have classed our broadcasting day from 0600 - 0000.
 
We currently  produce 16 hours and 15 minutes from 71 hours of live and original
programming, over 20% but not enough to cover 18 hours each day that Ofcom
believe we should do.
 
We have been advised to amend our KC again, just 7 months after the last time.
