We have probably asked and done this before but it would be great if we
could all have sight of any written policy that can be shared on this
subject.

At Chelmsford Community Radio we have a policy that under 18s have a
chaperone with them while they attend the studios or any outside events
(This could be a parent or guardian). They are also supported by a CCR
member who is over 18. They are not left on their own at any time.
