Sound Women is offering Community Media Association members the 
fantastic opportunity of a *f**ree ticket and expenses* to attend the 
Sound Women ´Future´ Festival on March 21st in London.

All you have to do is tell us your name, role and station, why you would 
like to go and how much you  need in expenses to attend.

know to future proof your career, equipped with the tools to realise 
digital opportunities and to fulfill your ambitions. *

The Future Festival is hosted by *Helen Zaltzman* from comedy show 
Answer Me This, *Clara Amfo* from BBC Radio 1’s Official Chart Show & 
1Xtra and *Stephanie Hirst*, one of the UK’s most successful commercial 
radio DJs, and will include talks and discussions looking at the 
creative and technical future of audio and radio as well as the 
opportunity to try out the latest innovative gadgetry in the industry.

*For the first time this year, the festival will also include surgeries, 
where members are able to book in for one-to-one advice from industry 
professionals. Spaces for these surgeries will be available to you, our 
super Sound Women members.*

*Script Surgery*with*Caroline Raphael**:* this is your opportunity to 
spend time with Caroline Raphael (former Commissioning Editor Radio 4) 
discussing your scripted radio project.

*Presenter Surgery* with *Goldierocks* from The Selector: your chance to 
get some constructive feedback on your audio show reel from 
International DJ and presenter of The Selector, Goldierocks.

You will also have the chance to visit the *Blue Room*, to tinker with 
the latest apps, add on & gadgets.

We will also have fantastic performances from *Kate Fox*, northern 
stand-up poet and writer; *Deep Throat Choir*, an all-female singing 
sensation from Hackney; and *Yve Blake*, musician and comedian who uses 
the internet to collect memories from strangers and turns them into music.
