[cma-l] The Radio Production Awards 2015

Now in their 6th year, the RPAs recognise and celebrate the production
skills of radio and audio producers based in the United Kingdom or
supplying UK-based broadcasters from overseas.  They honour the achievement
of individuals and organisations as demonstrated by a body of work created
and delivered during the qualifying period (1st July 2014 – 30th June 2015).

Judges will consider the quality of the nominated producer’s work across a
range of programmes.  Consideration may be given to innovation and
experimentation, but excellence within any format qualifies the candidate
for reward.

The timetable is as follows:

   - Thursday 27th August: open for entries
   - Friday 25th September: entries close & judging begins
   - Monday 12th October: judging ends
   - Thursday 15th October: nominations announced & priority Gala Night
   booking opens for nominees & guests
   - Monday 19th October: Gala Night bookings open to all
   - Tuesday 24th November: Gala Awards Night at the Hippodrome, Leicester
   Square, London

And the cost for each entry is just £30 for anyone associated with a RIG
member company (eg staff or regular freelance) OR a member of the Radio
Academy.  For non-members the full cost is only £48 (reduced 20% from 2014).
