Folks,

i had the honour of visiting Dougie MacLean last week to talk to him about
this year's Perthshire Amber Festival.

As well as the festival's anniversary, 2014 also marks Dougie's 40th
anniversary in the music business. In the programme, Dougie tells Ross
about the history of the festival and the beginnings of his career.

We also play tracks from the artists appearing at this year's Perthshire
Amber which takes place from Friday 25th October to Sunday 2nd November
across Perthshire, but based in Dougie MacLean's home town of Dunkeld.

Dougie & Celtic Music Radio would like to offer this programme to other
