community radio station that has such a successful history of community
engagement and the development of local talent’, says Daniele Fisichella.

‘I’ll put all my efforts and experience into making Future Radio even more
inclusive and representative of the social, cultural and artistic scene of
Norwich’,

‘A recent survey suggests that Future Radio has over 42,000 regular
listeners and I am determined to build on this success.’ Daniele adds.

Daniel Childerhouse, Chief Executive Officer of Future Projects – the
charity of which Future Radio is one part, said:

“We were extremely pleased to have attracted such a high quality candidate.
Daniele is absolutely the right person to take the station forward and
ensure that it continues to have a very positive impact on the communities
