Just listened to this and thought it was appalling.  Despite having that
"world news" feel from the US which doesn't really sit well with UK
community radio, I just heard a woman reading out a sample news bulletin
who seems to have no idea of pronunciation or intonation.  Think we'll
stick with IRN ....
