[cma-l] Bill Best is celebrating 13 years at Community Media Association

 Just want to echo the sentiments from others and say congratulations
to Bill on 13 years at the CMA.

Bill and his team have been of
considerable help in building a web presence for different projects I've
worked on.

Look forward to bending his ear on future projects. :)
