[cma-l] Funding News: People’s Postcode Trust (Scotland, Wales & England)

The People’s Postcode Trust has announced it is accepting
applications. Applications can be made for over £2,000 in Scotland,
England and Wales, and under £2,000 in England and Wales.

Community groups, charities, not-for-profit organisations and
community interest companies are eligible to apply. If you are
applying from Wales, you may apply for up to £5,000. Only registered
charities can apply for up to £10,000. Other organisations can apply
for up to £2,000.

As People’s Postcode Trust funds areas where players of the People’s
Postcode Lottery are at the highest number, the following areas of
England are eligible to apply:

- Yorkshire and the Humber
- North East England
- Liverpool and Merseyside
- The Midlands (including East Midlands and West Midlands).

Your project must last for no longer than three months, and be
completed within six months of receiving the grant payment, so for
this round all projects applied for must run between January and June
2012.

There are separate applications for applications over £2,000 and under
£2,000. Application forms and guidance can be found on the People’s
