We’re looking for energetic 18-25 year olds to join Team*v* – a new network
powered by young people who are socially aware and want to change things for
the better. You’ll recruit a team of volunteers to run three projects or
campaigns in your local area – using your creative brilliance and people
skills to make positive change happen. To find out more about the

The campaigns/projects are still in development, but could include tackling
social isolation, creating community learning spaces, or raising awareness
about food poverty. Campaigns will run in November 2011, February and April
2012.

You’ll be invited to attend awesome national training events to equip you
with the skills to co-ordinate local projects, support volunteers and manage
budgets. You will also receive toolkits and resources and receive support
and advice to help you turn your project into action. As well as great
training, you can apply for a Team*v*scholarship worth up to £1000 on
completion of the programme, to help you plan your future.

If you are looking for a great opportunity to build your skills and
experience, improve your employability and do some social good, this could
be the opportunity for you.

You can apply if you are:

·         Aged 18 – 25
·         Living in England
·         Sparky, creative, energetic and ready for a leadership challenge
·         Able to volunteer part-time form November 2011 – June 2012 (around
15-20 hours a month)
