According to an article in RadioWorld, the Dutch public-service broadcaster Nederlandse Publieke Omroep is looking to roll out a DAB+ network for the Netherlands with 95 percent coverage by 2017. It has issued an invitation to tender for the work of getting 20 DAB+ stations up and running.

A pity the BBC didn't follow their lead while planning for a large expansion of UK digital coverage. As far back in 2005 the view was expressed in the Dutch parliament that they should not flog a dead horse by adopting DAB, but should wait for better alternatives, and they suspended plans to 'go digital' at that stage.
