[cma-l] Talks radio on the Costa del Sol

Hello you lot! It's been a while. I hope you're all doing splendidly
and enjoying the brave new world of legal and year-round community
radio in the UK (and even if you have no idea how hard the CRA/CMA and
the first generation of community radio producers worked to get you
those licences.... please treasure them!). Ho hum, I'm digressing.
I'm actually on the scrounge, a bit, so read on if you will.

So, here's the thing... I'm currently working on a talks-based radio
station on the Costa del Sol, aimed at the vast ex-pat community who
live here in these parts. The boss man is currently on the look-out
for speech-based shows and speech-heavy specialist music shows to
complement our daily output. Live, live-ish or timeless, syndicated
or bespoke, I'd like to hear about any shows you have (or could
produce) that we could air evenings, overnight and weekends.

If you have a show that our audience on the Costa might enjoy, and
you're looking to expand its reach, please get in touch. In the
meantime, if you'd like to have a listen to what we're doing now, pop
along to http://www.italkfm.com - at the moment all the live output is
mon-fri 8-8, but if I can improve on that the boss man will be very
happy!

Thanks for reading, and best wishes

Steve Brett
iTalk FM technical person and blagger extraordinaire

PS Please cascade to your external show providers - those bedroom
producers are pure gold to us budget radio makers! :o)
