Note there is a charge for most delegates, although no-one is excluded on
the basis of ability to pay.

This seminar will bring together senior representatives from major media,
telecoms and technology organisations working in the UK today - as well as
regulators, policymakers, analysts and interest groups - to consider the
proposals in the forthcoming Communications Green Paper in the context of
the challenges facing the sector, as well as the what industry, citizens and
consumers would want from an eventual Communications Act.

I am writing to the organisers proposing that Jaqui be considered as a
speaker at the seminar to represent the interests of the wider community
sector and of citizen producers in particular.

Phil Shepherd
Chair of Council
