[cma-l] DAB Broadcasting

It is very expensive Gary, atleast the West Midlands Multiplex is ! I was
quoted a figure in five figures just for the annual tariff of using the
Multiplex, the amount quoted was ludicrously impossible for a community
radio outfit plus they make us sign a confidentiality agreement about
discussing the price quoted to us so I can't tell u the exact price.
Speaking of that, can anyone tell me if DAB multiplex holders have any
commitment to community radio and if they can charge us the tariff they
charge commercial radio stations?
