[cma-l] Mains power where there ain't any!

Claire, we're currently looking in to this as a possibility.  Our new
transmitter is going to be in a very rural isolated location and powering it
may be an issue.  We're looking at wind and solar PV attached to a large
bank of UPS's.

I'll let everyone know how it goes.
