Stations may have stats you could gather regarding NEET involvement and
outcomes if that's what you're after but you'd probably have to collate them
yourself.

I would suggest asking stations for their stories of working with these
groups. Such examples from community radio might give credence to any bid,
especially if you mention that they were funded (and by whom).

There are plenty of studies regarding community radio/NEETs/ long term
unemployed/ addicts etc if you use Google scholar. It may be a bit of a
crawl and getting the search terms right is a skill in itself. For instance,
this: http://www.cbonline.org.au/ejournal/acbs_issue1/iss1_art4.pdf came up
under a search for community radio and social capital.

I suggest you search relevant themes ; i.e. communication skills,
citizenship skills, self confidence etc and see if what appears can fit
within your bid.
