Dr Ann light of Sheffield Hallam University has found that the Connect 
partnerships “promote new and effective collaborative approaches, 
highlighting opportunities for making and experiencing arts within a 
participatory media and broadcast environment.” The independent 
evaluation of the Connect project is now available
