[cma-l] Sound Women

It's simple enough - and totally ethically correct - to reward people equally on the basis of gender, colour and creed.
But where we always fall down - and nobody seems brave enough to bite the bullet - is on rewarding people on the basis of how much they achieve.
Irrespective of gender, colour and creed.
Wouldn't that change the World a bit?
