The CMA is delighted to be a marketing partner for the Oxford Media

its ninth year, the Oxford Media
Convention<http://www.guardian.co.uk/oxfordmediaconvention/>returns to
the Saïd
Business School <http://www.sbs.ox.ac.uk/> on 19 January 2011.

With the dawn of a new coalition government working under a clear mandate to
cut costs and stimulate growth, OMC
2011<http://www.guardian.co.uk/oxfordmediaconvention/>remains the
agenda-setting forum for senior government and industry figures
to debate the current and future challenges around domestic policy,
regulation and strategy for the media and creative industries.

Organised by the ippr <http://www.ippr.org.uk/> in partnership with
MediaGuardian <http://www.guardian.co.uk/media>, this year’s convention will
explore the regulatory challenges facing public and private entities as they
discuss and debate how to create an effective environment for growth and
provision within Britain’s creative industries.

The CMA will be present at the Oxford Media

the views of the community media sector.
