[cma-l] Help evolve Our Society

Not just through online networking - there was a lively meeting in Leeds 
last month which I attended (and where I banged the drum for how 
community media is doing things for social gain etc...).

One of the activities during the meeting was "A book in 8 minutes" - we 
had eight minutes to write our ideas, especially focusing on hope, 
struggle, success:

It's a great activity for aims, ice breaking, for input for publicity 
drives etc. (although NB the 8 minutes is the writing time and a lot of 
hard work is needed for compiling the book afterwards).

Maybe there could be some audio/video books in 8 minutes produced to 
contribute to the debate (and to raise awareness of the work of 
community media within the Our Society network)?
