[cma-l] Rural broadcasting

Ideas required

Applying for support to create a network of broadband stations to cover a rural area our local council wants statistics (sigh) of potential listeners.

Any ideas welcomed.

Does anyone have the data for the research at Leicester that suggests the community radio is so much better than the rest?
