[cma-l] Steve Penk criticises Community Radio Fund Award in letter to PM David Cameron

I saw this on Radio Today and thought "blimey!"
 
Have a look, it makes community radio sound very commercial, even though  
this funding was supposed to help the stations in Greater Manchester achieve  
"sustainability." I don't think this kind of comment helps our incessant
