[cma-l] New Microsoft funding announced - UK-wide charities only

Unlimited Potential Community Technology Skills Programme (UPCTSP) –
Grant process is now live. Microsoft has announced funding of up to
£85,000 available for training in e-skills. The UPCTSP grant process
for 2011 funding is now open for applications. Deadline is Friday 3rd
September 2010.

For the 2011 cash grant process UK-based charities are invited to
apply for a Microsoft UPCTSP grant of up to £85,000 for one year, per
charity and three charities will be selected. This will be to support
charity community programs focused on innovative approaches and skills
development. The aim is to help NEETS (not in education, employment or
training) aged 16-24, lacking basic technology skills and help improve
their prospects to succeed in today’s workforce.
