[cma-l] URGENT! Do you put video on demand on your website - if so this is URGENT

[London Chinese Radio]

Exactly what I'm thinking!
We haven't got a license from Ofcom. We use YouTube, just like millions of
people and organisations. What right have they got to start charging people?
