[cma-l] Finding European partners for the Youth in Action Programme

The Executive Agency Education, Audiovisual and Culture (EAEAC) has
put a list of third-party operated partnership databases on its
website. Transnational partnerships are a necessary condition for
almost all projects within the European Commission Youth in Action
programme, and you can use these databases to help you search for
transnational partners.
