[cma-l] Ofcom update: 'Expressions of interest' sought for third round of community radio awards

Dear all

Please see below from Ofcom asking for expressions of interest from 
across the UK for new community radio services.  Please note that this 
round will be open to stations previously banned from applying e.g. 
because of  the existence of a small local commercial station.

The expression of interest is purely that, as Ofcom's decisions on how 
to conduct the round will depend on the number of expressions submitted. 
  Deadline is June 1st.

Ofcom has today asked for expressions of interest from prospective 
applicants for community radio licences to help plan for a possible 
third phase of community radio development.
