Reprezent is our flagship online youth radio station based in South
East London. The Off the Streets Media Club is a new project funded by
Children in Need with the aim to re-engage NEET young people in
learning, providing media skills training and targeted IAG.

As our Youth Support Worker for the ‘Off the Streets’ Media Club
project, you will provide support to the Club Coordinator and Media
Tutor, working closely with young people on developing media content
and providing them with one to one support. You will work directly
with these young people and will keep them engaged to ensure aims and
outcomes of the project are met.

The role provides a diverse and exciting workload from engaging young
people, to supporting teaching in a media environment, providing
advice and guidance to young participants, and ensuring progress is
recorded through monitoring and evaluation tools.

It is essential that you have proven experience of working with NEET
or ‘hard to reach’ young people in media projects, particularly radio.
The ideal candidate will be competent in media or radio production,
have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, flexible and
a team player.
