[cma-l] Election Broadcast Criteria

Interestingly, Matt Cadman whose organisation Vibe Radio was recently awarded a Community Radio Licence for Watford has chosen on his Internet station (which is not subject to the rules about impartiality during Elections) to openly support the Conservative Party with prominence to David Cameron's recent Quattro poster.
