[cma-l] Free traffic news - is coming but suffering from roadworks!

Dear all

Thanks to all who have let us know you would like to be part of the 
scheme providing you with free traffic news.  This is still going to 
happen, but there has been a small delay so we now expect that the 
scheme will start mid-May.  Many apologies for the delay, not of the 
CMA's making we can assure you,
