[cma-l] Digital Community TV in Denmark

This latest news from Denmark, a country which, 
since the mid 1990s has become one of the most 
progressive models for community broadcasting in Europe.

The Danish population, of 5.5 million, contribute 
around £1.12 per capita per annum, through the 
licence fee, to a fund for community radio and community television.
