New constitution model for small Charities
================================

The Charity Commission has launched a new constitution model aimed at
very small charities, which expect to stay small. It is suitable for
small charities that have an annual income of under £5,000, do not own
buildings or employ staff, or intend to register with the charity
commission.

Small-constituted groups may also use this constitution model, however
charity law would not cover them.

Youth of Today - Reaching Out [England only]
==================================

The Youth of Today Reaching Out programme is now open for applications
for work which develops youth leadership. You can read about the fund
in our previous posting here. Grants range from £5,000 - £20,000 and
£50,000 - £100,000, depending on which scheme you apply to.

There are two funds, Scaling Up with an application deadline of 11
December 2009, and Reaching Out, with an expression of interest
deadline of 19 November 2009.
