[cma-l] Ofcom Update: Further submission to "Radio in Digital Britain"

Following the publication of the Myers’ report for Digital Britain,
Ofcom has published its further paper submitted to the Digital Britain
project about the regulation of commercial radio.

Their short paper "explores some alternative options for the future
regulation of localness on commercial radio, which may help to meet
the public’s demand for the local radio content they value, in a way
which takes account of the financial realities faced by operators,
while at the same time creating an industry structure for a digital
future".
