[cma-l] Community Service Announcements

Hello

I run Walsall Community Broadcasting Solutions Ltd (Not For Profit, Limited
by Guarantee) We have some C S A's that we've been using for a while but
have no longer the means to track down and find new ones as the person who
did that for use has left and we don't know where to go.

The type of thing I'm looking for are C S A's that are used nationally and
feature celebrities warning and/or informing people about various
initiatives, safety holidays etc. 

Please, does anyone out there know where we can get these C S A's from and
how to arrange the clearance i know they have to have before they can go to
air.
