[cma-l] Another comparison for the increased fund discussion

An interesting article in the guardian today, for years when I have been
trying to convince people the CR fund is inadequate I have used the old
"CR Fund is less than Jonathon Ross gets paid". Well from today my new
line is "The amount the government has set aside to fund Community Radio
is only slightly more than the BBC spends on bottled water".
